Cultural, sport and recreational offer

Jaworzno has numerous sports facilities offering a wide choice of recreational and cultural activities. The hallmark of the town is Sports and Cultural Events Indoor Arena with 2,500 seats where sports competitions, concerts and cultural events are held. Recreational attractions for the citizens include: ‘Sosina’ water sports centre where national championship in water-skiing is held annually, a horse-riding centre, ‘Orka’ diving centre, and a bowling alley. The inhabitants of Śląskie and neighbouring towns of the Małopolskie Voivodeship frequently use the Jaworzno swimming pool, which is the most modern one in the area.
